CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

The proceedings of the conference will be published in a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research A.

Taking into account the deadline for delivery of all ACCEPTED manuscripts (15th Jan 2011), the submission and review of manuscripts will follow the schedule below:

1) The web site for submission will open on September 1st. Indicatively, papers will be restricted to 5 pages length.

To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue, it is important that authors select “Special issue: Super Strong 2010” when they reach the “Article Type” step in the submission process.

2) Around November 10th the web site for submission we will be DEFINITELY close.

3) As papers are submitted, they will sent to the assigned referees. We will ask to conference participants to act as reviewer too, so be ready to take your share!

4) The review process will be closed by November 30th at the latest, leaving then one month and a half for the authors to send the corrected version and for the reviewers to see the papers again.
During the second stage of review, papers will be just accepted (if authors have accomplished with referees' requests) or rejected, in order to avoid a too lengthily reviewing process.
